I cannot speak highly enough about the great experience we had with Brandon. After our side-by-side fridge decided to stop cooling one day, Brandon came out, diagnosed the issue, helped us find the part with ease, and came back as soon as it arrived to install (on a Friday night, no less).

And when the fridge was better but still acting up a bit? He ordered a separate part and came right back out to install—without charging us a dime.

It’s hard to find honest vendors who don’t try to bait and switch or upcharge at any chance they get. We got lucky w/Brandon and would highly recommend TMM!

Brandon is everything you could want in a repairman. Friendly, honest, efficient, and skilled. I emailed him about my oven motor on Thursday night. He arrived Friday and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and told me he’d be back Monday. He returned Monday as he promised and finished the job in 45 mins. I won’t be using anyone else for appliance repair. Highly recommended.

Brandon is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The control panel on my mom’s Kenmore stove blew out in a surge and I encouraged her to support a local business rather than to just call Sears. Brandon charged a very fair price, knew exactly what to do and fixed it ASAP. Now my mom has an appliance repair shop for all her appliances in the future.
