I cannot speak highly enough about the great experience we had with Brandon. After our side-by-side fridge decided to stop cooling one day, Brandon came out, diagnosed the issue, helped us find the part with ease, and came back as soon as it arrived to install (on a Friday night, no less).
And when the fridge was better but still acting up a bit? He ordered a separate part and came right back out to install—without charging us a dime.
It’s hard to find honest vendors who don’t try to bait and switch or upcharge at any chance they get. We got lucky w/Brandon and would highly recommend TMM!
